Rules and Regulations- Horses will be permitted to
arrive at the Fairgrounds Friday, July 30 between 3 PM and 11 PM.
Horses arriving Saturday, July 31 may arrive at any time.
- Registration will begin Saturday morning at 7 AM and close at 8:30 AM.
- Registration for evening classes must be completed by 5 PM.
- Small Fry Classes will be for riders 10 years of age and younger
- Juvenille Classes witll be for riders 17 years of age and younger
- Jack Benny Classes will be for riders 39 years of age and older
- Show managment reserves the right to pay 2md place payouts in classes with less than 3 entries
- Helmets will be required for over fence class adn encouraged for jevenille classes
- Persons on federal disqualification cannot transport horses to the show. They can only participate as a spectator.
- All riders of horses must be physically suites for the mount or be disqualified
- Decision of the Judge and/or Chairman is final
- No Alcoholic Beverages permitted on the grounds
- Entries must show during the day to qualify to show in a Championship class
- The Tri-County Fair Association will not be responsible for injury, theft or property damage.
- All Day Pleasure and Park Pleasure Horses MAY NOT CROSS ENTER
- Trail Racking and Park Pleasure Racking Horses MAY NOT CROSS ENTER
- County Pleasure and Plantation/Park Pleasure Horses MAY NOT CROSS ENTER
- Stallions may not be shown in juvenille classes
- No refund will be issued for a horse that does not pass inspection
- Schooling will be allowed in the show ring when it is not otherwise being used, as deemed by management.
- A two-minute gate call will be enforced. Please request tack changes at least two classes ahead.
- Dogs MUST be kept on a leash at all times
- Any horses or ponies that cannor be kept under control will be excused from the ring
- No smokin on grounds by order of the Grant County Health Department.
